Estimates and Pricing
We provide free estimates for our services. All estimates are based on the information provided at the time of inspection and are subject to change if site conditions differ from what was initially assessed. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins. Prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of the estimate unless otherwise specified.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your written contract or agreement. We typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various forms of payment including cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your agreement.
Project Timeline and Scheduling
We make every effort to complete projects within the estimated timeline. However, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, site conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize disruptions to your schedule.
Warranty and Guarantees

Our warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and conditions. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, accidents, or natural disasters.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the project site, obtaining necessary permits where required, ensuring access to the work area, and maintaining the concrete surface according to our care instructions after completion. Customers must also ensure that any utilities or underground services are clearly marked before work begins.
Cancellation and Refunds
If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of the project and any materials or resources already committed. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or work has begun. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your written agreement.
Liability and Insurance
JCT Andover Concrete is fully licensed and insured. We carry general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance to protect both our team and our customers. While we take every precaution to protect your property during our work, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage caused by factors outside our control.
Dispute Resolution
If any dispute arises concerning our services, we encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve the matter. We are committed to addressing concerns promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing other legal remedies.
